The Perfect Soft Boiled Eggs (soft yolk)
Select Pressure Cook or Manual, set to High pressure and adjust to 1 Minute.
Ingreadient
- 1 cup of water
- 1-12 large eggs
Direction
- Pour water into the inner pot and place in your Instant Pot.
- Place eggs in the inner pot on the included steam rack.
- Set steam release to the Sealing position.
- Select Pressure Cook or Manual, set to High pressure and adjust to 1 Minute.
- After cooking, let the pot natural release for 1 minute, then flip the valve to release any remaining pressure.
- Let soak in ice water bath for 1 Minute for fast cooling and easy peeling.
