Soy Ginger Flank Steak

Ingreadient
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger root
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
Direction
- In a large bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and canola oil. Mix to combine.
- Add flank steak to the bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight.
- Remove flank steak from the marinade. AIR FRY at 400°F/205°C for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Allow the steak to rest on a cutting board for at least 15 minutes. This will allow the steak to re-absorb its juices, leading to a more tender final product. Cut against the grain into slices. Add to sandwiches, salads, or serve directly!
