Soy Ginger Flank Steak

Ingreadient

    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp canola oil
    • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak

Direction

    1. In a large bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and canola oil. Mix to combine.
    2. Add flank steak to the bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight.
    3. Remove flank steak from the marinade. AIR FRY at 400°F/205°C for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
    4. Allow the steak to rest on a cutting board for at least 15 minutes. This will allow the steak to re-absorb its juices, leading to a more tender final product. Cut against the grain into slices. Add to sandwiches, salads, or serve directly!
