Herbed Chicken

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
Direction
- Place the chicken on a cutting board. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken all over about 4 times. This helps it turn out tender and juicy.
- In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, cover the chicken with the mixture, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 Minutes.
- On the Instant Vortex Air Fryer control panel, press Roast and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 400˚F (205˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the chicken on the rack. Close.
- When Turn Food appears on the display, open the basket and turn the chicken over using tongs. Close.
- Once the time is up, remove the chicken with tongs. Serve hot.
