Cinnamon Cream Cheese Stuffed Bagels

- 3 plain store-bought bagels
- 4 oz plain cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Direction
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut each plain bagel into four pieces by slicing diagonally, but not all the way through, leaving the bottom intact.
- Spread the softened plain cream cheese between the cuts in each bagel. Make sure to distribute the cream cheese evenly.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Stir in the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Dunk each stuffed bagel into the brown sugar butter glaze, making sure to coat all sides generously.
- Place the glazed bagels into the preheated air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-6 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Remove the bagels from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Optionally, sprinkle with additional cinnamon or drizzle with extra glaze before serving.
