Chunky Beef Chili

Ingreadient

    • 1 1/2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 medium Jalapeno pepper
    • 29 ounces tomatoes

Direction

    1. Optional: Brown stew meat on the Saute function of the Instant Pot, seasoning with salt, if desired.
    2. Add the onion, jalapeno pepper and diced tomatoes in the Pot.
    3. Close and lock pressure cooker lid. Use beef, stew or high-pressure setting; setting time to 22 minutes. When time is up, use quick release feature to release pressure; carefully remove lid.
    4. Serve with shredded cheese , sour cream or any toppings you desire! Enjoy!
