Chocolate Fondue


6 servings, 8 ingredients or less, as needed, cook 2 hour, dark chocolate chips, dip, dried apricot, family friendly, heavy cream, Instant Culinary Team, kid friendly, prep 10 min, salt, vegetarian, wafer cookies

Ingreadient

    • 3 cup dark chocolate chips
    • 2 cup heavy cream
    • 1 pinch salt
    • Strawberries, as needed
    • Kiwi, as needed
    • Dried apricot, as needed
    • Wafer cookies, as needed
    • Banana, as needed

Direction

    1. Select Manual Mode 1, set the temperature to 150°F / 65°C and set the time to 30 Minutes.
    2. Pour in the heavy cream and the pinch of salt, when the cream starts bubbling add the chocolate chips at little a time, stirring well and constantly between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue.
    3. Once the chocolate is completely melted press Cancel.
    4. Then select Manual Mode 1 set the temperature to 110°F / 43°C and set the time to 2 Hours .
    5. Arrange an assortment of bite-sized dipping foods on a serving plate and enjoy.
