Basic Roasted Potatoes


Once the air fryer is heated, place seasoned potatoes in the fry basket in an even layer (you may have to cook in batches, depending on your air fryer).

Ingreadient

    • 1 lb new potatoes, quartered
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ tsp paprika
    • Chopped Parsley, for garnish

Direction

    1. Pre-heat Air Fryer to 400°F.
    2. Rinse potatoes and pat dry.
    3. Cut into quarters or approximately 1 ½” pieces, then toss with oil and salt.
    4. Once the air fryer is heated, place seasoned potatoes in the fry basket in an even layer (you may have to cook in batches, depending on your air fryer).
    5. Air Fry for 20 Minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through.
    6. After cooking, transfer potatoes to a large mixing bowl and toss with chopped parsley and/or any other additional herbs.
    7. Serve hot.
