Basic Quinoa


Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing

Ingreadient

    • 1 cup quinoa
    • 1 ½ cups Water
    • ½ tsp salt

Direction

    • Rinse quinoa in cool water and strain through a fine sieve.
    • Place rinsed quinoa in inner pot, along with ¼ tsp salt, and add water (or broth)
    • Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
    • Select Pressure Cook and adjust time to 3 Minutes on High Pressure
    • Allow 10 minutes of Natural Release after cooking
    • Then flip to Quick Release
    • Use a fork to fluff and serve
