Basic Quinoa
Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
Ingreadient
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 ½ cups Water
- ½ tsp salt
Direction
- Rinse quinoa in cool water and strain through a fine sieve.
- Place rinsed quinoa in inner pot, along with ¼ tsp salt, and add water (or broth)
- Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
- Select Pressure Cook and adjust time to 3 Minutes on High Pressure
- Allow 10 minutes of Natural Release after cooking
- Then flip to Quick Release
- Use a fork to fluff and serve
