Barbecue Cabbage Sandwiches

- 1 head cabbage
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 6 buns
Direction
- Press "Sauté" function to heat inner pot.
- When display reads "hot", add 2 tablespoons water to the bottom of the inner pot.
- Add cabbage and onion; sauté until cabbage begins to soften, about 4 minutes.
- Stir in barbecue sauce, continue cooking until sauce is heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Press "Keep Warm/Cancel" once to cancel sauté mode.
- Toast buns then fill with a heap of barbecue cabbage. Serve hot. Enjoy!
