The Champion Burger
Twist on the classic burger that will bring your taste buds to life. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce, The Champion Burger is made of beef burger patty, black forest ham, swiss cheese, smoked bacon, fried egg, and grilled onions on a toasted keiser roll.

- 8 oz. Angus Beef Burger
- 3/4 oz. Black Forest Ham
- 1 oz. Swiss Cheese
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce
- 1-1/2 oz. Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 1 ea. Fried Egg, Sunny Side Up
- 1/2 oz. Grilled Vidalia Onions
- 1 ea. Classic Keiser Roll, Toasted
Direction
- Preheat a flat top griddle to 350°F. Place the Angus Beef patty on preheated grill. Cook for a total of approx. 12 – 14 minutes turning 3 times to assure even cooking. Always cook to well done, 165°F internal temperature measured by a meat thermometer.
- While the burger is cooking, butter the inside of the bun halves and place on the hot griddle until lightly toasted, then remove and reserve.
- To assemble the burger, fold Black Forest Ham on the bottom bun, top with the Swiss cheese, add the cooked burger patty and evenly coat with the Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce.
- Add the bacon, fried egg, grilled onions and the top bun.
