The Champion Burger


Twist on the classic burger that will bring your taste buds to life. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce, The Champion Burger is made of beef burger patty, black forest ham, swiss cheese, smoked bacon, fried egg, and grilled onions on a toasted keiser roll.

Ingreadient

    • 8 oz.    Angus Beef Burger
    • 3/4 oz.    Black Forest Ham
    • 1 oz.    Swiss Cheese
    • 1-1/2 Tbsp.    Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce
    • 1-1/2 oz.    Hickory Smoked Bacon
    • 1 ea.    Fried Egg, Sunny Side Up
    • 1/2 oz.    Grilled Vidalia Onions
    • 1 ea.    Classic Keiser Roll, Toasted

Direction

    1. Preheat a flat top griddle to 350°F. Place the Angus Beef patty on preheated grill. Cook for a total of approx. 12 – 14 minutes turning 3 times to assure even cooking. Always cook to well done, 165°F internal temperature measured by a meat thermometer.
    2. While the burger is cooking, butter the inside of the bun halves and place on the hot griddle until lightly toasted, then remove and reserve.
    3. To assemble the burger, fold Black Forest Ham on the bottom bun, top with the Swiss cheese, add the cooked burger patty and evenly coat with the Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce.
    4. Add the bacon, fried egg, grilled onions and the top bun.
