Piña-vocado Smoothie


A super creamy, good-for-you smoothie made with pineapple, coconut and avocado! This recipe yields 1 smoothie; multiply as necessary.

Ingreadient

    • ½ cup orange juice
    • ½ cup frozen pineapple
    • ½ avocado
    • ½ of a frozen banana
    • ½ lime, juiced
    • 3 tablespoons coconut milk, if you have it
    • Pinch of sea salt
    • Optional garnishes: 1 lime wedge and shredded unsweetened coconut

Direction

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into a glass and enjoy promptly. If you want to make it look cute like the pictures, garnish with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of shredded unsweetened coconut.
