Jalapeño Corn Relish with Crispy Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

Ingreadient

    • 16 oz    whole kernel corn – fresh, frozen, or canned (drained)
    • ½ cup    red onion, diced
    • ½ ea    bell pepper, red and/or yellow, seeded and diced
    • 2 ea    garlic cloves, minced
    • to taste    sea salt and black pepper
    • ¼ cup    cilantro, chopped
    • 1 cup    Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeño Relish
    • 16 oz    blue corn tortilla chips

Direction

    1. In a large bowl, combine and stir together all ingredients.  
    2. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or more before serving.
    3. At service, transfer to service dish and serve with blue tortilla chips
