Harissa Glazed Stone Fruit with Fresh Burrata

Ingreadient
- 6 ea Mixed stone fruit of choice
- 1 cup Custom Culinary® Harissa
- 16 ea Crackers or toast points
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 8 oz Burrata, fresh
Direction
- Cut stone fruit in half and remove the stone.
- Brush with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place stone fruit on hot grill and sear with grill marks.
- Remove stone from fruit and cut into wedges.
- Toss with Harissa that has been warmed over medium heat.
- Plate stone fruit with burrata, and serve with your choice of crackers or toast points.
