Harissa Glazed Stone Fruit with Fresh Burrata


An enticing starter perfect for a small bite before the main course. Featuring Custom Culinary® Harissa, grilled seasonal stone fruit, with freshly made burrata.

Ingreadient

    • 6 ea    Mixed stone fruit of choice
    • 1 cup    Custom Culinary® Harissa
    • 16 ea    Crackers or toast points
    • 2 Tbsp    Olive oil
    • To taste    Salt and pepper
    • 8 oz    Burrata, fresh

Direction

    1. Cut stone fruit in half and remove the stone.
    2. Brush with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
    3. Place stone fruit on hot grill and sear with grill marks.
    4. Remove stone from fruit and cut into wedges.
    5. Toss with Harissa that has been warmed over medium heat.
    6. Plate stone fruit with burrata, and serve with your choice of crackers or toast points.
