Fresh Fruit with Orange Crème Anglaise Sauce

- 3 oz. Vanilla Pound Cake, 1/2" Slice
- 1 oz. Strawberries, Trimmed and Quartered
- 1 oz. Kiwi, Peeled and Sliced
- 1 oz. Raspberries
- 1 oz. Blackberries
- 1 oz. Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Crème Anglaise Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Orange Juice Concentrate
- 1/2 tsp. Orange Zest, Fresh
- 1 each Fresh Mint Sprig
Direction
- Cut pound cake slice into two strips and place in bowl.
- Wash berries and place in bowl.
- Combine Gold Label Crème Anglaise, orange juice concentrate and fresh orange zest. Lace around and over berries.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
