Ingreadient

    • 1 each    Any Fresh Flatbread or Pizza Dough of Your Choice
    • 2 oz.    Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce 
    • 1 oz.    Proscuitto Ham, Pan Seared Crisp
    • 6 slices    Vine Ripe and Yellow Tomatoes, Sliced Very Thin
    • 10 leaves    Arugula, Fresh Leaves

Direction

    1. Evenly spread Gold Label Alfredo Sauce over flatbread/pizza dough.
    2. Top with crisp prosciutto and tomatoes (or any other toppings of your choice).
    3. Bake at 400° F or in a pizza oven for 8-10 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven and place on a plate.
    5. Garnish with Arugula leaves.
