- 2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce
- 1 oz. Proscuitto Ham, Pan Seared Crisp
- 6 slices Vine Ripe and Yellow Tomatoes, Sliced Very Thin
- 10 leaves Arugula, Fresh Leaves
Direction
- Evenly spread Gold Label Alfredo Sauce over flatbread/pizza dough.
- Top with crisp prosciutto and tomatoes (or any other toppings of your choice).
- Bake at 400° F or in a pizza oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place on a plate.
- Garnish with Arugula leaves.
