Chicken Tikka Masala Naan with Spicy Harissa Yogurt Crema


Savor the flavors of our chicken tikka masala naan, paired with a fiery kick of spicy harissa yogurt crema.

Ingreadient

    • 5 lbs.    Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
    • 1 pint    True Foundations Tikka Masala Sauce
    • 1 pint    True Foundations Tikka Masala Sauce - set aside
    • 1/2 head    Cabbage
    • 1/2 each    Red onion, sliced
    • 1/2 cup    Parsley, chopped
    • 1/4 cup    Apple cider vinegar
    • 1 ea    Lemon, juiced
    • to taste    Salt and pepper

Direction

    1. Marinate cleaned chicken thighs in Tikka Masala Sauce overnight
    2. Char-grill chicken thighs
    3. Large dice chicken thighs and set aside for service
    4. Shred cabbage and place in a bowl
    5. Slice red onion and add to cabbage
    6. Chop parsley and add to the cabbage mixture
    7. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to slaw mix
    8. Salt and pepper to taste and set aside
