Chicken Tikka Masala Naan with Spicy Harissa Yogurt Crema

Ingreadient
- 5 lbs. Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- 1 pint True Foundations Tikka Masala Sauce
- 1 pint True Foundations Tikka Masala Sauce - set aside
- 1/2 head Cabbage
- 1/2 each Red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 ea Lemon, juiced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Direction
- Marinate cleaned chicken thighs in Tikka Masala Sauce overnight
- Char-grill chicken thighs
- Large dice chicken thighs and set aside for service
- Shred cabbage and place in a bowl
- Slice red onion and add to cabbage
- Chop parsley and add to the cabbage mixture
- Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to slaw mix
- Salt and pepper to taste and set aside
