A fragrant vegetable birria broth brimming with tender butternut squash ravioli, poached squash, basil and Parmesan.
Ingreadient
4 oz | Ravioli, butternut squash, cooked |
8 oz | Vegetable Birria Broth |
2 oz | Squash, butternut, diced, poached |
1/2 Tbsp | Basil, leaves, chiffonade |
1/2 Tbsp | Cheese, Parmesan, shaved |
Direction
- Place cooked raviolis in bowl
- Ladle in hot broth
- Add squash, basil and parmesan cheese
- Serve immediately
