Butternut Squash Ravioli with Birria Broth


A fragrant vegetable birria broth brimming with tender butternut squash ravioli, poached squash, basil and Parmesan.

Ingreadient

    4 oz Ravioli, butternut squash, cooked
    8 oz Vegetable Birria Broth 
    2 oz Squash, butternut, diced, poached
    1/2 Tbsp Basil, leaves, chiffonade
    1/2 Tbsp Cheese, Parmesan, shaved

Direction

    1. Place cooked raviolis in bowl
    2. Ladle in hot broth
    3. Add squash, basil and parmesan cheese
    4. Serve immediately
