Beef Birria Ramen


A fusion of Mexican and Japanese flavors combining tender beef, ramen noodles and crisp vegetables in a savory beef birria broth, topped with cilantro and melted Chihuahua cheese.

Ingreadient

    4 oz Noodles, ramen-style, cooked, hot
    2 oz Beef, top round, sliced, raw
    4 oz Sprouts, bean, raw
    2 oz Carrots, julienned, 1/4"
    8 oz BIRRIA BROTH
    2 oz Cilantro, leaves, chopped
    2 oz Cheese, shredded, Chihuahua or Monterey Jack

Direction

    1. Place cooked noodles in bowl.
    2. Arrange beef on the rim of the bowl around the noodles.
    3. Add the remaining veggies on top of the noodles.
    4. Ladle the hot broth over.
    5. Sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with chopped cilantro.
    6. Serve immediately.
