Beef Birria Ramen
A fusion of Mexican and Japanese flavors combining tender beef, ramen noodles and crisp vegetables in a savory beef birria broth, topped with cilantro and melted Chihuahua cheese.
Ingreadient
4 oz | Noodles, ramen-style, cooked, hot |
2 oz | Beef, top round, sliced, raw |
4 oz | Sprouts, bean, raw |
2 oz | Carrots, julienned, 1/4" |
8 oz | BIRRIA BROTH |
2 oz | Cilantro, leaves, chopped |
2 oz | Cheese, shredded, Chihuahua or Monterey Jack |
Direction
- Place cooked noodles in bowl.
- Arrange beef on the rim of the bowl around the noodles.
- Add the remaining veggies on top of the noodles.
- Ladle the hot broth over.
- Sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
